THE MADEIRO BEACH HOTEL
Awareness of a more sustainable, socially balanced and economically viable environment are priorities for the Madeiro Beach Hotel.
We made our choices. And each one of them represents what we are and where we are going. We leave a little of ourselves in each person who passes by and that is our greatest legacy. We invite you who stay with us to be part of it.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

ENVIRONMENT
Our hotel extends over more than 20,000m² and is next door to the largest reserve of Atlantic forest in RN, the ecological sanctuary of Pipa.
Our structures represent less than 30% of the built area and were designed to minimize the impact on the environment. We use natural cover, piassava, and reforestation eucalyptus trees.
Our energy source is clean, we have our own solar power plant and we install energy savers in the rooms to reduce consumption.
We work together with the Arez Recycling Association (AMAREZ) in the recycling processes and together with INDAMA for the collection of cooking oil.
We are a member of the PRESERVE PIPA movement, which aims to preserve and clean beaches. They are our greatest asset.
COMMUNITY

We prioritize hiring and training people from the local community, who become part of our history and grow with us. Several of these stories are behind the beautiful things you see at the Madeiro Beach Hotel.
We empower our female employees and give them the opportunity to assume positions of trust in the organization
CULTURE

We support Brazilian crafts and culture through the decoration of our hotel.
The crafts are made from natural fibers, ceramics, fish scales.
We buy directly from the producer without intermediaries, thus guaranteeing a greater financial return for those who produce.
